Nextbit Heart Health, Google/Fitbit
Rearchitecting legacy Fitbit heart health features into the Google Material (Flex) design system—powering the global 2023-2024 Fitbit app redesign
2021 Jul – 2024 Dec, Google | Lead UX DesignerProject Summary
As UX Lead for Cardiovascular Health, I led the redesign and system migration of Fitbit’s legacy heart experiences into the new Google ecosystem. By resolving critical accessibility barriers, unifying scattered information architecture, and defending long-term trend visualizations (3-month view), the improvement drove an 84% CSAT and successfully empowered 200K+ users to adopt critical heart health monitoring and assessment features within two months of launch.
